Welcome to TrainIQ, operated by Leoforged Enterprises LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the TrainIQ mobile application (“App”) or website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services

1. Use of the App

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:

1.1 Personal Information

  • TrainIQ provides AI-driven fitness guidance, personalized training plans, and related tools for informational and educational purposes only.

  • You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Health Disclaimer

  • TrainIQ is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

  • You use TrainIQ at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries or health issues resulting from workout recommendations.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Certain features are available only through paid subscriptions (“Premium Access”).

  • By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment partners (Google Play and Apple App Store) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

    • Refunds follow the policies of the respective app stores.

4. User Content

  • You may upload or input personal fitness information, progress data, or related materials (“User Content”).

  • You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display it as necessary to operate TrainIQ.

  • You agree not to upload or transmit any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software associated with TrainIQ are the property of Leoforged Enterprises LLC.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App or Site without prior written consent.

6. AI-Generated Recommendations

  • TrainIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate training plans and insights.

  • AI recommendations are algorithmic and not a substitute for professional judgment.

  • We make no guarantee of accuracy or specific performance results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including injury, data loss, or lost profits.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the current subscription period.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that may harm TrainIQ or other users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will appear on our Site or App with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use TrainIQ after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of theState of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
